This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how Web Maniacs collects and processes your

would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the

3. THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that
person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous
data).
When you use the Sites, Web Maniacs may require you to provide us with personally identifiable
information or you may elect to provide Web Maniacs with personally identifiable information. The
personally identifiable information you provide may include:
Identity Data including your name, company, job title, and other facts about yourself i.e., your

Web Maniacs’ properties. By accessing Web Maniacs’ properties, you acknowledge that
Web Maniacs will record activities on site using the closed-circuit television system, which insome cases includes voice recordings.
We also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any
purpose. aggregated data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal
data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may
aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website
feature. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your personal data so that it can
directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in
accordance with this Privacy Policy.We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you (this includes details about
your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions,
trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data), without
your consent. This includes biometric data (fingerprint and photo), which we collect when you enrol
on our access control systems to access a property.
3.1 If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with
you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract
requirements we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide services). In this
case, Web Maniacs may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify

the services or carry out the transactions you have requested. In support of these uses,
Web Maniacs may combine the personally identifiable information you have provided to it on the

called session cookies, are stored for a short time and then removed as soon as the browser is
closed. Permanent cookies, also called persistent cookies, are stored for a long time on the user’s
hard drive and, if deleted, will be replaced the next time the respective site is visited. We only use

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Personal information collected from you may be stored and processed in South Africa, or any other
country in which Web Maniacs operates or maintains facilities and may be transferred to third party
suppliers to Web Maniacs, to help Web Maniacs to improve the content of the website, Ticketing System,
provide you with the products or services requested, to consider and respond to any application for
employment made, and to help service providers to perform services on its behalf. These countries may
not have data protection laws like that of South Africa, but we will comply with applicable data protection
legislation in this regard.DATA SECURITY
The personally identifiable information we collect about you is stored in limited access servers.
Web Maniacs maintains safeguards to protect the security, integrity, and privacy of these servers
and your personally identifiable information.

complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship
